Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search is seeking an M&A Litigation attorney for our law firm client's Dispute Resolution & Restructuring department.
The position offers career growth and working directly with senior members of the group and expert witnesses on matters involving indemnification claims, fraud claims, earn-out disputes, and a variety of significant portfolio company litigation.
Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience preferred.
POSITION
Our Am Law 200 law firm client is seeking a highly qualified 3rd – 5th year associate to join the M&A and Private Equity Litigation group. The ideal candidate has experience with GAAP, auditing private or public financial statements, and high-stakes disputes.The position offers career growth and working directly with senior members of the group and expert witnesses on matters involving indemnification claims, fraud claims, earn-out disputes, and a variety of significant portfolio company litigation.
QUALIFICATIONS
A J.D. and CPA license are required. Candidates without a CPA license will not be considered.Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience preferred.
SALARY
$250,000 – $325,000
