The M&A Integration Finance manager is responsible for the end-to-end financial process of mergers and acquisitions,
which includes supporting the financial due diligence (FDD) and seeing through the complete integration of Pipe and
Precast global financial processes. This individual will report to the Finance Director Pipe and Precast but work very closely
with the Post Merger and Regional Finance team
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)
- Operational Accounting
- Manage month-end/year-end close process including: account reconciliations, reporting, flux analysis, etc.
- Prepare monthly comprehensive financial analysis and business commentaries with respect to the accounting policies,
- monitoring, and reconciliation activities according to management requirements
- Support the audit and tax processes to ensure timely filing
- Work with the group finance team to ensure reporting requirements are completed timely and accurately
- Participate in the financial due diligence process
- Analyze target company's financials to identify historical and projected financials
- Help resolve open risks or issues flagged in due diligence reports
- Post Merger Integration
- Coordinate with target's Finance team to ensure month-end close on a timely basis
- Lead the end-to-end integration process for acquired entities. Responsibilities include:
- Integrating Systems: ERP, AP, AR, Expenses, Payroll, etc
- Report status of ongoing mergers and escalate issues as needed
- Assist in building out Finance Post Merger Playbook
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and project as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors in Finance/Accounting or related fields
- A broad set of work experience within finance organizations; 5+ years of experience
- CPA preferred
- Experience in SAP, AX, JDE or similar ERP preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting, compliance reporting, budget preparation and business plan

- Ability to partner with a range of stakeholders from finance and non-finance backgrounds to drive performance and

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent time management, prioritization and deadline adherence
- Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
