Lvn Hospice Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and quality patient care in a hospice setting
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  
• Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes to the interdisciplinary team
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  
• Assist with pain management and symptom control
  
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and end-of-life care
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
  
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN)
  
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care
  
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families
  
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
