Job Overview:
We are on the hunt for a Luxury Sales Associate with a passion for fashion and a minimum of two years of experience in a retail setting, preferably within the luxury or high-end sector. The ideal candidate will excel in a customer-facing role, providing personalized service that matches the prestige of the M2 By Morvati brand. This role is not just about making sales; it's about creating an experience. It comes with the opportunity to earn a 2% commission on sales, rewarding those who are truly dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Offer superior customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and their needs are fully met, from greeting to post-sale follow-up.
- Expertly curate selections from our European imported collections to suit individual customer tastes and needs.
- Handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency, fostering trust and loyalty among our clientele.
- Maintain the store's visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, and overall cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in inventory control and management tasks, ensuring the sales floor is always stocked with our latest offerings.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store's success.
- Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends and industry news to enhance customer engagements and store performance.
- Earn a 2% commission on sales, incentivizing exceptional customer service and salesmanship.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in retail, with a strong preference for backgrounds in luxury or high-end retail environments.
- Demonstrated success in a sales-driven role, with a keen understanding of how to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- A passion for luxury fashion, with an insightful understanding of current trends and styling.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or a related field is a plus.
