As a Lube Tech, you will ensure that our customers are satisfied and confident that they will be driving a safe vehicle by evaluating the customers’ needs and performing services as required. We have expanded our core services to offer far greater than just oil changes and preventive maintenance. Our comprehensive service menu now includes Tires, Brakes, Suspension, and many more services from minor to major repairs!

Job Description:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers.
• Work efficiently to service the customers in a timely fashion, prioritizing safety always.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes and tires.
• Participate in regular on-site and e-learning training, and maintain compliance with Jiffy Lube safety requirements, OSHA and state regulations.
• Participate in marketing events and promotions.
• Complete customer, inventory, and service record keeping and perform stocking inventory as well as housekeeping/minor building maintenance.

Qualifications:

• No automotive experience required!
• Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A teamwork mentality.
• Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.

Requirements

• Dedication to following safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to undergo on the job training and a growth mindset.
• Able to stand for an extended period of time.
• Be able to lift over 50 pounds.
• Be able to bend, stoop, reach, crawl, and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working in an enclosed and/or semi-outdoor environment.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
