Form of workFOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR Approximately 4/24SUMMARY The role of the teacher is to teach students to read, write, problem solve, compute, how to find information, how to think, how to work co-operatively with others, and to meet all district required curriculum objectives. QUALIFICATIONS Must have an Social Studies 7-12 certification. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of content and pedagogy skills in planning and preparation, establishing and maintaining a purposeful learning environment.
Skill in delivering instruction, engaging students in learning and assessing and evaluating students. Ability to communicate clearly with students, parents and other district employees. Abilities: Problem solving, imagination, patience, reasoning, creativity, judgment, and analytical abilities.
