The LPN Supervisor supports the individualized service plans and dementia programming for residents by administering medications, observing treatments, and maintaining current health profiles to ensure quality of care. The position also assists residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living while promoting independence as necessary or as directed.

What we are looking for:

- Possess a valid LPN license, in good standing, from the state of PA
- Provide oversight and management for 3-6 Personal Care Aides
- Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members;
- Have working knowledge of Internet Software, Spreadsheet Software, and Word Processing Software.
