INTAKE NURSE - Portland, OR - ONSITE - PERMANENT POSITION - EXCELLENT BENEFITS
MUST HAVE:
- Unencumbered OR LPN Licensure
- Take and record patient pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and administer finger stick, and first aid as needed.
- Entering patient information into information system, as well as investigating post donation information.
- Managing, evaluating, and reporting patient reaction(s).
- Communicate with collaborating supervisors and specialist’s regarding patient care.
- Maintaining accurate patient medical records.
- Provides support and education to patients around their medical needs.

Pay: $32/hr. + $6,500 sign on!
Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
