Job Description
Join our team at Family Allergy & Asthma as a patient-focused LPN or RN, where you'll administer allergy injections to our patients. We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is eager to make a difference in the lives of those we serve!
Work Location: 4400 Weston Pointe Dr., Zionsville, IN 46077, with weekly travel to Noblesville and Avon, ask about our Mileage Reimbursement Program!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with 1-2 late days until 6:00 PM
Pay: $28 - $30 / hour
LPN & RN Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with skin testing and other procedures as ordered
- Send prescriptions, complete asthma care plans and discharge summaries
- Administer allergy injections, prepare and administer nebulized medication and patient education
- Complete documentation in the EMR system
- Cross train for Triage Nurse position and cover as needed
- Work in a fast-paced clinic with hands-on patient care
- Work with patients in all age ranges
- Work in a collaborative environment where teamwork is vital
- Follow daily protocols associated with all aspects of patient care and medications
- Front office duties to include: answering phones, checking patients in/out, collect co-pays and schedule appointments
LPN & RN Education and Experience:
- Degree in Nursing- LPN/RN with an active and unrestricted Nursing License, or an eNLC multistate nursing license
- 6 months' experience in a medical office setting
- CPR certification required
- Ability to travel to satellite offices as needed
- Valid Driver's License Required
