Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Private Duty Hoffman Estates, IL

Continuum is currently in need of a Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurse's (RN) to cover case for a young adult male on G-tube & trach.

Home set up is comfortable, has a hospital bed, ceiling lift, client enjoys walks, board games, and cooking.

Shifts Available:

• Monday & Tuesday 7am -3:30pm
• Thursday 7am-4pm

Requirements:

• Valid IL Nursing license
• Successfully pass a background check
• Current American Heart Association approved CPR Certification
