Job Description for LPN
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to clients in an assisted living in accordance with the established plan of care and agency policies and procedures, under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse.
QUALIFICATIONS for LPN:
- Must be able to manage the care of a Diabetic patient as ordered by the physician
- Must have wound care experience
- Must be pro active and take initiative when dealing with the patients
- Must provide quality and timely documentation after providing care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
