Help adolescents recover from mental health and substance use challenges at an 18-bed residential treatment center for 14- to 17-year-old boys on a beautiful property in Woodbury, Connecticut. The Woodbury, CT team includes psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, wellness coordinators, academic advisors, operations staff, kitchen staff, and more.
We are seeking a part time LPN or RN to provide nursing care to our clients. Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to provide quality treatment and care.
Schedule
This part-time position will have shifts scheduled on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Pay
LPN: $30-$33 per hour
RN: $40-$43 per hour
Both come with substantial shift differentials!
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex information in plain language
- Experience working in the field of mental health, addiction treatment preferred.
- Ability to work with people of various ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations
- Sound technical, organizational, and priority setting nursing skills
- Proven leadership skills
