As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting with various medical issues associated with a substance abuse treatment clinic. ```Responsibilities:```
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Perform routine procedures
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Ensure compliance with medical standards, policies, and procedures
- Assist in discharge planning and coordination of patient care
```Experience:```
- Valid LPN license in [Louisiana]
- Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in taking accurate vital signs
