Salary$5000 sign on bonus after 6 months for FT status, $3000 for PT.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct and individualized care to residents and administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and facility policies.
- Supervise caregivers and respond to situations based on LPN nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol.
- Follow physician's orders, render and/or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressing and other physician orders.
- Review patient records to assure accuracy and completeness.
- Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
- Document and report any unusual or significant findings.
- Demonstrate correct safety techniques.
Requirements:
- LPN license

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 36 per week
