```Duties```
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes
- Assist with physical examinations and provide support to healthcare providers
- Perform IV insertion and manage IV therapy
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients
- Provide acute pain management and assist with pain control measures
- Assist with airway management and respiratory support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide primary care services, including health education and counseling
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to promote their overall well-being
```Experience```
- Previous experience in ophthalmology or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Familiarity with Athenahealth or other electronic medical record systems is preferred
- Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices is beneficial
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of [LOCATION]
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
