- Provides direct and indirect nursing care individualized to the patient’s needs.

- Practices within the New York State-defined LPN scope of practice 100% of the time
- Acquires and maintains current knowledge and skills in his/her area of practice.
- Performs other duties as requested and observed by supervisor or manager.
- Graduate of a Practical Nursing program, required
- Minimum one year previous healthcare experience, preferred
- Current NYS LPN License and registration as a Practical Nurse or a valid interim permit
