Lpn Home Care

We are seeking an LPN Home Care to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering  therapy to 4-5 patients twice per week, currently Wednesday/Friday. Our patients reside at home or in assisted living facilities. 
​Responsibilities:

• Provide treatment of noncontact ultrasound acoustic wave therapy 
• Provide dressing changes after treatment 
• Collaborate with nurse practitioner on healing progress
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with wound care
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have reliable car
