SalaryA-Z Home Care Options is currently hiring for compassionate and reliable experienced caregivers for a client who lives at home in Tempe. Certified Caregiver, CNA, OR HHA a plus.
This is for a client who is a Quadriplegic. We are looking for a caregiver to work night shift, 7pm-7am Sunday's and Tuesday's. This is a PART TIME position averaging 24hrs a week with the potential to go full time.
Experience with Quadriplegic, Catheters and Hoyer or complex transfers a plus!
Duties Include:
- Light housekeeping
- Catheter care
- Repositioning and Transfers
- Quadriplegic uses Hoyer lift for transfers
Overtime pay is offered if working over 40hrs!
Health benefits are offered to FT employees after 90 days!
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and Auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with feeding
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 24 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hoyer lift: 1 year (Preferred)
- Quadriplegic: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
