Job Description
Will assume responsibility and accountability for the assessment and development of educational needs for new and existing staff. Will work closely with the Director of Nursing and Nursing Home Administration to ensure the goals set for the staff are met. Maintains an adequate supply of education material and ensures the appropriate materials are readily available to staff. Participates in interdepartmental committees and meetings as required. Will work cooperatively with all departments in an effort to achieve common goals and objectives. Provides training in a manner that maximizes each staff member's ability to participate in education. Serves in a staff role and other duties as assigned and needed.
