Role and Responsibilities:
- 🏡 Provide exceptional at-Home Infusion care to patients in Macon, focusing on individualized treatment.
- 💉 Administer IVIG and other specialized infusion treatments effectively and safely.
- 📊 Perform ongoing health assessments of patients, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
- 📝 Ensure accurate documentation of all treatment activities in EMR, adhering to healthcare standards.
- 🤝 Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
- 🧰 Manage and maintain infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- 🎓 Educate patients and their families about infusion therapies and overall health management.
Qualifications:
- 🎓 Required nursing degree with significant RN experience, or IV Certified LVN/LPN with relevant experience.
- 🆔 Active RN license in Georgia.
- ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- 🚗 Willingness to travel locally within the Macon area.
- 💻 Proficiency in EMR and other healthcare software.
