LPC/LPC-A/LMFT/LCSW for Rise and Shine Counseling

My name is Hira Siddiqui and I am the owner of Rise and Shine Counseling. I am a fully licensed LPC in the State of Texas and Colorado. We are seeking a virtual therapist for our practice. Our practice is fully virtual. We are interested in someone who can provide counseling services to individuals of all backgrounds. Interest in working with trauma, grief, and loss is a benefit. You have the freedom to set your schedule. We do require that therapists see a minimum of 12-15 client sessions per week.

We take care of the billing and insurance credentialing so that you can focus on providing therapy to clients. This is an opportunity that provides excellent growth potential.

Some of what you will do/Requirements to come on board

• Be able to build rapport with client(s).
• Be prepared, open, and capable of sitting with individuals, couples, or families during moments of distress, when they are experiencing pain or hardship, or when they are making a final attempt to salvage a marriage.
• Help clients in all stages of change.
• Maintain a non-judgmental approach in your work.

Requirements to apply and work here

• Licensed in the state of Colorado as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC Associate.
• Patience with a waiting period before seeing clients; credentialing with insurance panels takes approximately 1-2 months.
• A specialty is a plus, but not required. EMDR trained is a big plus.
• Experience working with adolescents, adults, and relationships
• Understanding of the DSM-V
• Have a passion for making a difference through therapy and continuing to grow
