Lounge/Nightclub Cocktail Server

Elevate Biloxi, a sophisticated new lounge and nightclub in Biloxi, MS, is seeking energetic and outgoing Cocktail Servers to join our opening team!

In this fast-paced and exciting role, you'll be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests have a memorable night out.

Here's what you'll do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a fun and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
• Serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the night.
• Uphold all liquor laws and responsible service of alcohol practices.
• Work effectively as part of a team to provide efficient and friendly service.
• Learn about different spirits and cocktails to enhance your guest experience (training provided).

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-paced service industry environment (restaurants or bars preferred).
• Provides exceptional customer service – you are friendly, patient, and professional under pressure.
• Thrives in a dynamic nightlife environment and enjoys interacting with people.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can multi-task and prioritize effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Is available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (flexible schedule possible, with additional hours required for special events).
• Is at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the US.
