Loss Prevention Agent

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV cameras and other monitoring equipment
- Identify and apprehend individuals involved in illegal activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate and resolve criminal incidents
- Write detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken
- Implement Loss Prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and concerns
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in Loss Prevention, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and interacting with team members and customers
- Valid certification in Loss Prevention or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and other surveillance techniques
- Familiarity with criminal investigation procedures and techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
