The Role
The Loss Mitigation Specialist is responsible for maintaining acceptable standards set by the department and providing an outstanding customer service level in a very professional environment.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?
- Making outbound calls on repossessed accounts
- Receiving inbound redemption calls
- Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due
- Identifying accounts that require management review
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Placing accounts out for repossession based on account delinquency and aligned with policy and procedures.
- Also, managing repossessed vehicle transports and account approvals
- Maintaining required standards set by the department.
- Adherence to Company policies and procedures
This is the right opportunity for you if you…
- Two years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
