SalaryWe are seeking someone who can work part time for a subcontracted position that handles residential and commercial inspections in the Stamford CT area. We are looking for inspectors who have capability to travel and use their phone or camera for on site photos to upload on Word. The inspector will call insured to setup inspections, go to the property, take interior and exterior photos of the property and complete a short form on Word document. These are done for insurance purposes only. This is perfect for someone who has contracting experience, insurance experience, computer experience or someone who is detail oriented and is looking for part time work.(subcontract based only)
The pay starts at $55 for interior inspections and $30 for exterior inspections and is dependent on the type of inspection.
You would need a camera, transportation and a computer with Microsoft word. Basic training will by phone call/email.
