The Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) at Whispering Heights provides medical and physical care to the residents of the household to meet their daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level. The LTC Registered Nurse is responsible for directing and supervising resident care consistent with the Iowa Nursing Practice Code, Federal, State, and Hegg Health Center standards of care while promoting each resident’s highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
