Hvac Professional

If you’re an experienced HVAC professional and one of your favorite parts is seeing a satisfied customer, we have an immediate opening.
In this role, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation, service, maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems. You will also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work and design systems. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

• Experience in residential HVAC
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
• Professional appearance and personality
• EPA Certification required

BENEFITS & PAY

The expected annual income for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 depending on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC professional.

• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.
• Provide options for financing, complete paperwork, file for warranties and create customers for life with your thorough service.
• Installation – Help install HVAC systems as a secondary responsibility, when needed

In this role, you are vital in taking care of our clients by providing them with the highest-quality service and maintenance and designing the best options for their home’s HVAC systems.
