Logistics/Service Coordinator

Origin is a global leader in the design and manufacture of custom aluminum bi-fold doors and windows, and we are looking for an Logistics coordinator. You will be asked to assemble doors and windows and other manufacturing duties.

Logistics Coordinator Job Duties:

· Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another

· Arrange transportation, schedule delivery dates, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay

· Receives products and coordinates delivery

· Prepares loads for shipment

· Takes steps to avoid quality control issues

· Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels

· Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met

· Fleet management

· Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible

· Streamlines shipping and transportation processes

· Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements

· Interaction with inside sales teams and customer

Service Coordinator

• Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs to drive customer satisfaction.
• Learn to assess product performance based on issues reported, make recommendations to solve the issue.
• Give verbal advice via telephone to customers who request service support.
• To act professionally and always promote Origin’s image and brand.
• Working knowledge of Windows computers, essential programs, and performance metrics applications
• Provide excellent Customer Service to meet the expectations and requirements of external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
