What will you do?
- Coordinate bids that involve multiple trade lanes
- Create and distribute weekly reports.
- Update North America Sales Sheet on a monthly basis.
- Update PIERS market assessment report on a monthly basis.
- Assist with Bi-Weekly Meeting Material Setup & Creation.
- Assist with Advertising copy and marketing materials.
- Assist with budget management. Manage HMM’s social media pages.
- Assist and act as backup for all other Marketing activities, including event preparation and planning, and supporting sales staff with inquiries.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
- Proficiency in the following: Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Have strong organizational skills, be detailed-oriented, and have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What is a Must Have?
- Professional background of 2-3 years of experience working in multi trade lines / ocean carrier industry and or logistic field with emphasis or related with B2B sales and planning coordination
- Advance Excel Skills with the ability to create pivot tables and data analysis.
