You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the NAVY EXPEDITIONARY LOGISTICS SUPP GRP of COMNAVEXPEDLOGSUPGRP.

Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Extensive knowledge of Table of Allowance (TOA) management (CESE and Non- CESE), and understand the configuration management & modernization as it relates to TOA.
2. Extensive knowledge of Integrated Logistics Overhaul (ILO) program.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in overall supply management, including the areas of procurement, issue, receipt, inventory management, and storage of materials.
4. Extensive knowledge of inventory management programs and databases (i.e. JCM, EXMIS, RCRP, etc)
5. Ability to train and guide lower-graded personnel by assigning and reviewing work, providing advice and assistance.
6. Experience effectively conveying ideas, thoughts, opinions, knowledge and date to a wide range of civilians and military personnel ranging from different ranks and pay grades.
7. Experience analyzing problems and proposing and generating solutions to recommend to a wide range of members to include senior officers).
