WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
- You’ll be seated at your own desk with a headset and multiple monitors
- You’ll communicate via phone/text/email with customers and carriers using multiple software systems (don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything you need to know)
- You'll be the 2nd Shift problem-solver for your team, working to help both our customers and drivers get the products to where they need to be, when they need to be there
- You will negotiate with carriers to cover freight and monitor the progress of shipments
- Work hard on a team of high achievers (if you’re looking for a cushy job, this isn't it)
