Advanced Programs in King of Prussia, PA is looking for experienced professionals in the Logistics/Sustainment field. Advanced Programs are rapid change programs, which requires the ability to shift priorities as necessary for successful results. The candidate selected would work with the Global Sustainment team supporting Enterprise and ACS programs. These programs support multiple ground station systems, primarily made up of Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment. The candidate's role is to work with the existing team members in an Agile environment supporting logistics documentation, provisioning, sparing, obsolescence data along with maintenance and calibration tracking. The candidate will also be required to travel to different locations to perform preventive maintenance (bi-annually per system), corrective maintenance, and future system installations. Travel includes both CONUS and OCONUS locations and can range from 10% to 60%, dependent upon maintenance and system installation cycles per the schedule. The position requires the candidate to be in the Valley Forge facility 90% of the time, however, there is flexibility to work from home while working on documentation. Hardware buildup, and system setup requires 100% work in the facility. The candidate must have a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret.
Basic Qualifications
• Successful candidates must have strong inter-personal skills, have the ability to work within a team, and be able to work in a fast-paced Agile environment with multiple levels of management and customer organizations.
• Candidates will be expected to understand the system(s), make assessments, document impacts based on changes, solve problems, and look for improvements in processes
• Candidates will be expected to conduct trade studies and research varying customer requests.
• Logistics experience and experience with all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements including, Supply, Provisioning, Mods/Maintenance Repair and Operations, and Support Equipment.
• Must have a Top-Secret Clearance
• Must be able to travel as needed, travel varies from 10% to 50% depending on priorities and deliveries.
• Position is in the King of Prussia facility 80%-90%.
Desired skills
• Sparing modeling and coordination
• Experience working directly with military customers
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with the ability to follow through on both internal and external commitments.

Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
