Job Description: The Sales Manager will assume responsibility for gaining an in-depth understanding of our business, driving new sales growth, and nurturing enduring customer relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, action-oriented, and possesses a well-defined process for lead generation and closure.
Key Responsibilities: Breakdown of Time:
- 80% - Proactively pursuing and closing new sales opportunities
- 20% - Nurturing existing customer relationships
Your Key Tasks Include:
- Developing and executing strategies to meet annual revenue and earnings targets.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations.
- Identifying new customer opportunities and effectively presenting the MHX value proposition in a competitive market.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to achieve sales objectives and support industry events.
- Acting as a primary conduit for growth between MHX and its customers, collaborating closely with customer experience, planning, facilities, and operations teams.
- Assisting the Vice President of Sales and Marketing with forecasting, ensuring the proper execution of contracts, and regularly communicating competitive information.
- Establishing and maintaining direct relationships with key customers, industry peers, and influential organizations to maximize the MHX brand's value.

Qualifications:
- Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills
- High School diploma; Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven excellence in providing high-level customer service.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Word suite and CRM software.
- Familiarity of sales, contract, and bid terminology.
- Proficient in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Efficient collaboration with all personality styles and levels of management and executive roles.
- Self-motivated, with strong planning skills and a track record of executing a successful sales growth plan.
- Position requires travel within assigned geographic area.
