Coverage July 9 - July 31
Primarily midshifts, 8 - 8.5-hour shifts
Setting: ER
FTE: 1.0
Duties: Routine ER duties; codes; ER locums don't have a lot of trauma responsibilities
EMR: EPIC
Reason for Coverage: transition
No Scribes
Admits: 17-20%
ED responsible for codes
Locum will supervise APPs – charts are co-signed by physicians
Dictation: EPIC with Dragon
Freestanding ED
Completion of an ACGME/AOA approved Emergency Medicine residency program
Experience: Actively practicing as an Emergency Medicine Physician for the last 12 months or completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency in the last 6 months
Board Certified, Board Eligible EM
Can consider BC FM (with minimum 10 years ED experience)
NE License – Required or IMLC
ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Required
