SalaryEasirent – an international car rental company – we are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training Program. As a Manager in Training (MIT) or Location Manager (LM), you'll start learning our business from day on one of our branches. The role provides both work assignments and training opportunities to excel at customer service, sales and operational management. You will also get the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful on the rental business.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales/customer service management or leadership
- Rental car experience is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (i.e. no more than 2 moving violations within the last 2 years and no DWI/DUI’s, suspensions and/or “at fault” accidents within the last 2 years)
- Must qualify for our insurance and able to pass pre-employment background and drug screens.
- Must have the flexibility to work day and/or evening hours, as well as weekends/holidays as needed
- Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

**Sign-On Bonus - $250 bonus will be paid after successfully completing 90 consecutive days of work.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $74,989.87 per year
