Job Summary:Oversee/perform the daily accounting functions for cash operations at Glacier National Park lodges.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: Late-April or late-May through late-September (exact dates vary by property)Pay: $15.20/hrSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

- Maintain the security of the cash operations and procedures required by National Park Services and Glacier National Park lodges.
- Work with Location Managers and staffs to make sure cash procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Enter daily Food & Beverage tip information into spreadsheets.
- Maintain, update and revise the Location Accountant desk policy and procedure manual as needed.
- Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have 2 years experience in large volume cash handling and working in hotels.
- Ability to work with highly confidential information in a confined, high security area.
- Must have extensive computer knowledge in Excel and Word.
- Must be extremely detailed oriented.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to sit for a long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
