We have implemented safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are working to ensure social distancing within our facility. We have installed physical barriers throughout our facility such as plexi-glass or plastic barriers between team member work stations. Each day, temperature screens are performed for each employee and visitor before entering the facility. Face coverings are provided and required over the mouth and nose at all times when inside the facility, and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed.
Transport poultry products in packaged form to and from (as necessary) specified destinations, such as restaurants, storage facilities, etc.
Drives truck to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and roads in area. Maintain truck log according to state and federal regulations. May maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions. Inspect truck equipment and supplies, such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. May perform emergency roadside repairs, such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, fuses, tire chains, and spark plugs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Verifies load against shipping papers.
Rotate product in customer storage coolers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Use required PPE and follow all safety guidelines of the Company.
Qualifications:
Class A CDL required.
Must be able to operate a manual CMV.
