Local driver hauling Slurry

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Local Driver to join our team. As a Local Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations within a designated area. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including but not limited to:
- Route driving
- Load unload
- Roll off truck
- Manual transmission
- Heavy equipment operation
- Tanker

- Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members

Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Local Driver or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
