Local Driver

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Local Driver to join our team. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for transporting vehicles to various locations within a designated area. This is a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Duties

- Safely operate a variety of vehicles.

- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles

- Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery status or any issues that may arise

Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role

- Familiarity with local roads and routes within the designated area

- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a bonus
