Description
We are looking for an exceptional person to fill a key customer service position within our service department. Santa Barbara Auto Group represents 7 Premium Brands in Santa Barbara. We strive to provide a "World Class Experience" to our clients at each opportunity.
Automotive experience a plus, but not necessary.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p

Requirements
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications:
• Front line customer service experience
• Exceptional telephone communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities
• Direct customer contact experience with problem resolution skills
• Ability to interact with multiple department managers
• Excellent written communication skills
• Extremely PC / IT literate
• Wants the ability to grow with our business
