Loan Records/Imaging Associate II

The hiring range for this opportunity is $18.75 - $22.00 per hour along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Loan Records/Imaging Associate may complete a variety of the following functions. Process and distribute incoming mail including inter-branch mail. Sort and box outgoing inter-branch mail throughout the day. Label collateral/legal files and track to file room. Respond to requests for information and prepare for audits. Review and maintain imaged and file room loan records. Scan and upload new files and back-scan paper files to AccuSystems. Perform quality control review on new and back-scanned files. Notarize loan-related documents, prepare checks and send reconveyances to the various counties for recording. Review title policies and recorded documents to ensure accurate collateral loan documentation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Commercial & consumer loan documentation quality control review
• Subject matter expert for commercial loan documentation
• Maintains pending documents and follows up with relationship managers to ensure originals are received in a timely manner.
• Works closely with Accusystems and nCino software. Assists other bank personnel with trouble shooting documentation issues within Accusystems.
• Maintain file order to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the loan files both on AccuSystems and those physical files tracked in the file tracking system.
• Label collateral/legal documents and track to file room.
• Assists with audits and provide information for auditors.
• Coordinate and back scan existing files and documents to AccuSystems and prepare progress reports.
• Reviews title policy and recorded loan documents. Works closely with title companies to ensure accurate title insurance coverage. Verifies all title policies and recorded documents are properly completed by reviewing various tickler reports in Signature.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures in compliance with all federal and state laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (SARs, CIP, OFAC), Information Security (GLBA), Identity Theft Red Flags, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, and any other applicable regulations that may be specific to your job duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service to branch personnel and outside customers.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED

• High school graduate minimum.
• 3+ years' experience with a financial institution working with consumer and commercial loan documentation. Proven ability to process all types of Tri Counties Bank loans independently and to complete a high volume of work with accuracy. High level understanding of title policy and previous work experience related to loan insurance documentation.
• Excellent organization skills to accommodate involvement in multiple areas.
• Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows driven programs.
• Familiarity with lending related terms, concepts, and software.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
