We are looking to hire a talented Loan Processor II!
The Loan Processor II has the responsibility of providing excellent dealer, credit union and member service when interacting with all parties to accurately complete documentation vetting/verification and funding of auto loans. This individual actively processes and funds applications in one system.
What you will do:
- Review/Quality Control contracts from dealers to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Follow up with dealers to collect missing items or stipulations.
- Responsible for sending completed loan packages to appropriate credit unions for final funding and/or completing funding on their behalf.
- Work to foster and enhance teamwork within the organization. Provide the highest quality products and services to each other and our clients. Consistently promotes and models the culture and values of CUDC. Demonstrates the behaviors aligned with each value with clients and employees across the organization.
The ideal candidate:
Education:
- High School education required
Experience:
- Minimum of two years office experience working in a auto/lending service environment.
- Minimum of two years Credit Union processing experience a plus.
- Solid understanding of lending and loan processing procedures.
Specialized Skills:
- Work independently with a high level of initiative.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines and established goals.
- Specialized problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high accuracy rate.

The starting hourly range for this full-time position in Greenwood Village, CO is $18 - $23 an hour. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidates geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at companys discretion on an individual basis.
