Loan Processor

Position Overview:
As a member of the Luminate Bank team, this position is responsible for the orderly processing and maintenance of consumer loans according to established procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and process loan documents, Commercial and/or Consumer.
• Prepares loan files and follows up with any missing documentation items, filings, etc.
• Book and process and consumer loans, including processing payments, draw requests, collateral perfection, and provide ongoing servicing and maintenance of the consumer loan portfolio.
• Ensure all loan files and any supporting documents are imaged in a timely manner.
• Work with lender(s) to track and resolve any issues with financial reporting and other loan requirements (ticklers).
• Assist customers with resolution of loan account problems and issues.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Complete Training as assigned.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Knowledge of LaserPro strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Jack Henry core systems strongly preferred.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office programs.

Education:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Location:
We are looking to fill one position out of our Minnetonka location. The position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
