This Loan Documentation Processor will be working in the Purchase Agreement Team.
- Responsible for performing a variety of Loan Documentation duties on complex loan packages to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures for loan products.
- Contact Settlement Agents and ensure all requirements are correct
- Provide excellent customer service to lenders
- Deal with a High Volume of e-mails
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have 3 months of Microsoft Office Experience (Will be navigating & looking with 2 different computer systems. Word & Excel experience are required)
- High School Diploma
Work Environment
- Will train onsite in South MPLS. After training will report onsite in Shoreview
- Training Hours: 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m.; Monday - Friday
- Hours: Between 9:00AM-6:00PM or 10:00am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday
