Loan Processor Origination

First International Bank and Trust is a family-owned community bank and one of Prairie Business Magazine's 50 best places to work for 10 years running. Our Loan Origination Team is seeking a detail oriented Loan Processor to contribute to our team's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and identify loan documents pertaining to all types of loan files
• Order lien searches and UCC filings for all states
• Order flood certifications
• Order commercial loan documents in LaserPro
• Prepare Notice of Actions
• Complete basic loan file maintenance
• Assists with various projects and assignments as needed
• Actively participate in Digital Team Meetings and strategy sessions, as needed.

Education / Experience:

• Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; a minimum of two years related experience and/or training (preferably in a loan department; or equivalent combination of education and experience
