Job Title: Experienced Loan Department Associate
Location: Bangor, WI
Job Type: Full-time – Temp to Hire role through Referral Staffing Solutions
Shift:8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Working Days:Monday-Friday, with E/O Saturday morning. A half day off during the week when working Saturday mornings.
Starting Pay:$17 per hour + experience
Job Description:
An independently-owned community bank deeply rooted in the areas it serves is currently seeking an Experienced Loan Department Associate to join its team at the main office in Bangor, WI. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the loan department, responsible for a variety of essential tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth processing and completion of loan documents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare loan documents and handle loan processing
- Follow up on collateral insurance and supporting file documentation
- Process paid loans and release liens
- Order loan payment coupons and manage incoming calls
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to efficiently multitask and adapt to diverse job responsibilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, though the company is open to training the ideal candidate
- High School Degree or GED equivalent
