Summary

The Loan Input Processor will be responsible for performing Loan Input and maintenance for installment, mortgage, heloc, and commercial loans. This position will also review daily system reports and tickler system items to identify and execute updates and maintenance needed to various loan accounts. You will also perform other loan servicing duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have most or all the following qualifications:

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
• Be able to operate standard office and bank equipment and required software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Know how to operate a computer and other standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in banking and balancing is preferred.
• Six to twelve months of on-the-job training is required to become familiar with departmental policies and procedures
