In this part-time role, you’ll support our Commercial Loan operations team, specializing in general loan file maintenance related to monitoring of insurance. You'll play an integral role in ensuring our customer loan files are up-to-date, tracking and requesting information from customers and insurance agents as needed to keep files current.
Location: Onsite at the Bank Five Nine Corporate office - 155 W Wisconsin Avenue, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week. Availability needed Monday through Friday, ideally 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, however we are flexible.
Must-Have's:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience with banking or insurance preferred, but not required
A Day in the Life:
- Ensures that all required insurance – Worker’s Comp., Flood, Business Personal Property and Mortgage is in place on all Commercial Loan files.
- Scans updated insurance documents into loan documentation system and files the documents in the physical loan file.
- Updates insurance and clears exceptions in the loan tickler system.
- Follows up on expired or cancelled insurance policies by calling insurance companies and/or commercial customers.
- Force places insurance if necessary.
- Tracks and monitors Life Insurance used as collateral.
- Pulls files for exams/audits when applicable.
