Position Summary

The Loan Package Reviewer organizes and manages the loan pipeline, required financial ticklers, covenant ticklers, exception reports, and communicates with the Lending team with regard to status updates; provides assistance as requested.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receives and organizes Loan Packages from the lending team
  • Verifies that all information has been received for the purpose of underwriting
  • Request information from the lending team with the intention of completing a file
  • Documenting and time-stamping all communication related to loan deals
  • Image received financials and approvals to our internal imaging software.
  • Instruct and assist the lending team with nCino processes and procedures.
  • Adheres to the BSA Policy and all other Bank Policies.
  • Record Minutes Weekly for Director’s Loan Committee.
  • Maintain and Prepare Directors Loan Committee (DLC) Agenda and Credit Packages
  • Maintain and Report on Past Due Financial Covenants
  • Maintain the Approved Attorney List
  • Manage Credit Admin Responses to Loan Review Exceptions
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Associates degree or its equivalent with working experience in the field or a related area.
  • General understanding of tax returns, financial statements, and other loan related documents.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Ability to follow, apply, interpret, and explain instructions and/or guidelines
  • Ability to meet schedules and deadlines in the work area
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Good organizational and public relations skills
