Responsibilities 

• Make safe and sound lending decisions on behalf of the bank.
• Develop and maintain existing relationships with customers.
• Promote the bank throughout the community.
• Implement and develop strategic plans for the bank.
• Be a team player with coworkers.

Required Qualifications
A successful candidate should have an understanding of agriculture, banking, business, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.  An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but real world experience will also be considered.
